Sathish Muneeswaran

Sathish is a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has a diverse sports background and has dealt with various injuries, including two ACL tears, giving him a deep understanding of the importance of pain-free movement and mobility. Sathish enjoys training to improve his fitness by lifting weights and running. When he is not training he loves being outdoors trying to keep up with his dog and son.
